After you've experienced the Asian delights of the Enlighten Night Noodle Market (3-12 March) during Enlighten, the jam-packed program continues. Among the events is your opportunity to discover the next generation of talent at the Young Chef lunch (26 March) at Aubergine restaurant, or indulge in an exploration of sweet and sour flavour profiles at the White Rabbit Cocktail Room hosted Dinner Down the Rabbit Hole (16 March).
